  2. Battery ON/OFF load test
  3. Check the printer for adequate paper supply

Weekly:

  1. Live call test by MF/HF DSC with CRS
  2. Test emergency generator
  3. Survival craft hand VHF Ch–16
  4. The condition of all aerials and insulators of Gmdss equipment
  5. PV test of Inmarsat C


Monthly:

  1. EPIRB internal test, battery expiring date, integrity of hydrostatic release mechanism and replacement and planned maintenance schedule; hydrostatic release mechanism, lanyard
  2. Sart test facility with 3cm Radar, battery expiry date

Yearly:

1.Battery capacity test
