Make a ship specific register when handing over taking over.

Important thing to remember
You should be knowing about how much luggage weight is allowed and how many luggage pieces is allowed.
Don't carry any other person luggage or stuff as there are many cases of Drug trafficking.

If your shipping company is asking you to take stuff for ship, please take declaration.
If any miscellaneous expenditures has to be done, same should done only after approval from company and reimbursement form should be filled after joining ship.
